## For Brands (Clients)

**Cost: Free. Always.**

Brands pay nothing to use Bridge. This includes:

- Free AI website audit (200+ criteria)
- Free Bridge IQ business health score
- Free agency matching within 24 hours
- Free rematch if the first match isn't right
- No contracts, no credit card required to get matched
- No hidden fees at any stage of the matching process

Brands pay their chosen agency directly for the services they contract. Bridge does not mark up agency fees or add platform charges to brand invoices.

## For Agencies (Providers)

**Cost: Commission-based, success-only.**

Agencies pay a commission on engagements won through Bridge. There are no upfront fees, no monthly subscriptions, and no pay-to-play for profile placement.

## Enterprise and Custom Arrangements

## Refunds and Cancellation

- Brands can cancel the matching process at any time before signing with an agency. No charges apply.
- Once a brand signs with an agency, the contract is between the brand and the agency. Refunds and cancellation terms are set by the agency contract.
- Bridge's rematch guarantee covers cases where an initial match is not a good fit. Rematches are free.
