Know what the evidence tells you.
Bridge helps you evaluate agencies. A directory listing, a claimed profile, or inclusion in an alternatives guide is not an endorsement of performance or a guarantee of fit.
Read each type of information differently
- Profile information
- Profiles can contain agency-provided information and editorial imports. Unclaimed profiles have not been confirmed by an agency representative. A claimed profile establishes ownership, not independent verification of every statement.
- Editorial assessments
- Alternatives guides explain positioning, potential fit, budget guidance, and tradeoffs in a specific comparison. Profiles link back to those guides so you can read the rationale, sources, and review dates. Editorial assessments are not personalized match scores.
- Reported work
- Portfolio entries and case-study results are reported claims. An uploaded document, testimonial, or detailed write-up does not by itself establish independent verification. Ask for measurement sources and a relevant client reference.
- Reviews with sources
- Reviews are included only when approved for publication and accompanied by a public source link. A source lets you inspect the review; it does not prove the engagement or outcome. Unsourced legacy reviews are excluded from public ratings and counts.
- Pricing
- Starting fees are shown for claimed profiles when listed. Unclaimed imports may contain estimates, so their numeric fees are not displayed as agency pricing. Editorial guide ranges are shown separately with attribution. Confirm currency, billing period, scope, media spend, and minimum term.
- Dates and missing information
- Profile updates record changes, not fact verification. Guide review dates apply to the guide; pricing check dates apply to a cited price. Unknown information remains unknown. Missing reviews or case studies are evidence gaps, not negative ratings.
How the directory is ordered
The default order is portfolio entry count, then agency name. This helps you find profiles with work to inspect. It is not a ranking of performance. You can also sort alphabetically or by the date a profile was created.
Service, industry, and location filters use listed profile fields. A budget cap includes claimed profiles with a listed starting fee at or below that amount, and excludes unknown prices. Check the billing period on each profile before comparing amounts.
Legacy Bridge IQ values and broad verification badges are not displayed as public quality evidence. Their underlying inputs do not establish independently verified agency outcomes.
Directory inclusion is based on publicly listed agency profiles, including editorial research imports. Known development sample profiles are excluded. The directory is not a complete survey of every agency in a market.
Commercial relationships and corrections
Matching is free for brands. Agencies pay Bridge when they win a project; agency services are paid separately. The directory sorting described above does not use payment or sponsorship as an input.
Check the source guide for the context behind any editorial recommendation. If facts conflict or seem out of date, confirm them with the agency before making a commitment.
Send a correction with the profile or guide URL, the statement in question, and supporting evidence. An agency representative can also request to claim a profile.
Make the first conversation count
Ask each agency the same questions so you can compare the answers.
- Comparable work. Can you show a project with our business model, budget, and goal? What was the baseline, timeframe, and measurement source?
- Total commitment. What do fees include? Confirm currency, setup costs, media spend, minimum term, and cancellation terms.
- Delivery team. Who will do the work, how much senior time is included, and what will you need from our team?
- Success and ownership. What happens in the first 90 days? Agree on reporting, success measures, account access, and ownership of creative and data.
