Golden Medina Services had the privilege of capturing Adam S. Kutner’s Holiday Party inside a stunning penthouse at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas. Our team arrived in formal wear with earpieces for seamless communication and maximum efficiency, ensuring we didn’t miss a single moment. The event brought together the firm’s staff and referral partners, including surgeons, chiropractors, and more, for an evening filled with connection and celebration. Guests enjoyed a full buffet with a carving station and other gourmet selections. The night’s agenda featured the firm’s awards ceremony, partner acknowledgments, and special messages from leadership, all hosted by Director of Operations, Venessa Patino. After the event, we carefully culled through the content and delivered a curated collection of polished, magazine-ready photos that captured the energy, elegance, and spirit of the night.

We produced a live Leadership Podcast, providing valuable insights from Magenta’s top agents while capturing high-quality video content and agent interviews for future marketing. Our media services included professional headshot photography, offering agents fresh branding assets, and full event video coverage, capturing key moments for promotional use. The evening concluded with closing remarks from leadership, celebrating the team’s achievements. Golden Medina Services (GMS) provided professional video editing services for a YouTube property walkthrough of 9378 Hilgard Avenue, a three-story home in the Indigo Subdivision, a gated community in Southwest Las Vegas. Our Role: - Video Editing & Post-Production: Edited 50-75 raw clips following the client’s script to structure the property tour and neighborhood highlights. - Captions & Graphics: Added branded captions for agent details, property info, and key locations. Create a custom YouTube Thumbnail. - Intro/Outro Animations: Created branded intro and outro featuring the agents and brokerage details. - Revisions: Managed client feedback via Frame.io to ensure satisfaction. ‍ Outcome: The final video offers a polished, engaging walkthrough, blending the home tour with neighborhood attractions. This project highlights GMS’s expertise in delivering professional, client-centered real estate video editing services.

Golden Medina Services had the opportunity to produce a moody and cinematic photoshoot for BMW USA, highlighting the sleek BMW 430i Coupe in an elegant Alpine White finish. The shoot took place on our GMS at Hughes Center rooftop location, with a cloudy, overcast sky setting the tone for a refined and dramatic visual. The backdrop of the Las Vegas Strip added a dynamic contrast, subtly visible beyond the rooftop’s clean concrete lines. Photography & Editing Style - Atmosphere & Mood: The overcast sky introduced a cool, moody aesthetic, with soft diffused lighting accentuating the car’s curves and contours. Color Grading: The scene leans into a desaturated, grey-toned look, with the Alpine White of the BMW standing out against the stormy hues of the sky and the neutral tones of the concrete rooftop. - Lighting & Depth: The cloud cover softened harsh shadows, creating a balanced composition where the car's sharp LED headlights and angel eye DRLs draw immediate attention. - Composition: The low-angle shots enhance the 430i Coupe’s bold stance, while the open doors add a dynamic feel, suggesting motion and luxury.
